How to find us

Having endured the long Minnesota winters, Donna finally took a stained glass art class to occupy her winter time indoors. Falling in love with stained glass, she decided this was her calling.

After moving from Minnesota to Williston, Florida, she soon became involved in the Cedar Keyhole. There she and her husband, Dave, sell many types of their hand crafted art glass including jewelry, window panels, stepping stones, tables, sun catchers and more.

Working together, they use a variety of processes including fusing, slumping, lead caning, foiling, and soldering. Stepping stones are created by placing pieces of glass in a mold and filling with concrete to create stones to brighten up people's gardens, patios, pool decks, and walkways.

You can view Donna and Dave's work at the Keyhole or e-mail her for more information.

Stained Glass

Jewelry - Original Dichroic, Fused Glass

Dichroic glass, developed by NASA, is made by depositing a thin, precisely controlled film of metallic oxides on the surface of the glass in a high temperature vacuum furnace. The resulting color is determined by the individual oxide compositions. This film, when applied to clear glass, allows a portion of the light spectrum to pass through it and reflects the rest, thereby creating two colors. As the amount of light passing through changes and the colors around it change so does the "color" of the glass.
